The only method of payment accepted is Electronic Money Transfer (EMT). Instructions on how to send the EMT payment will be sent once you have confirmed your order.

Shipping

Bonsai Brand provides Canada-wide shipping at a flat rate of $15, with free shipping on orders $150+.
All orders are shipped in discreet packaging through Canada Post Expedited Post where you will receive a unique tracking code to track your delivery.

  • All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding major Canadian holidays.
  • Once the EMT payment is verified, please allow 24 hours for order processing.
  • Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day.
  • Once delivery confirmation becomes available, Bonsai Brand is no longer liable for any lost, stolen or misplaced packages.
